PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY AND IN ITS ENTIRETY.

BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU AGREE TO MY POLICIES WHICH ARE LISTED BELOW.

 

Reservation Fee

A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE reservation fee is required to book an appointment. Your card will be saved on file. 100% of the reservation fee will go towards your balance and the remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment in CASH ONLY.

Puncuality

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you forfeit your reservation fee, will be considered no call, no show. Being late affects the time and quality spent on you and clients after you. Please be respectful and considerate of everyone’s time.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please email me at browsbyhazel@gmail.com. Any cancellations made will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please email me at browsbyhazel@gmail.com with at least 3 days (72 hours) notice. Any notice less than 72 hours will result in the forfeiture of your reservation fee. You are allowed to reschedule only once, any more will result in another reservation fee regardless if it is within 72 hours or not.

No Call. No Show

No Shows will also forfeit the reservation fee and 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file used for the reservation fee. To rebook, full pa of the service 

No Guests

I kindly ask you NOT to bring any additional guests, children, or pets with you to you appointment to prevent cross-contamination and any distractions. Translators are an exception.

Payments

Your remaining balance will be due at your appointment and paid in CASH ONLY.

No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do our best to ensure the complete satisfaction of service. If you are unhappy for any reason, we can talk about the options available.

  • All prices policies are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • We cannot guarantee successful results on our clients because everyone's skin heals differently from permanent makeup. There are also no refunds once I have completed the service.

  • Healed results may vary depending on your skin type, age, lifestyle, and aftercare.

  • Photo, audio, or video recordings captured during and after your procedure may be used for marketing purposes on this website or social media platforms.

  • To ensure you are satisfied with your service we request that you carefully look at the shape and color before we start the service. Once the decision is made, the look you chose will be final.

  • After leaving Brow Artistry San Diego, we are not responsible or liable for any changes you wish to make to your shape or color so please make sure you are final with your decision. Any desired changes made to the shape or color after leaving our salon will result in extra charges.

  • Brow Artistry San Diego is not liable for any changes you wish to make to the shape and color of your eyebrows after an agreement is reached during the consultation. Please carefully review the shape and color before we start the service. Your satisfaction is important to us.
