PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY AND IN ITS ENTIRETY.

Are you a candidate?

If any apply to you, please don't book an appointment.

FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP & SALINE LIGHTENING/REMOVAL​

  • Age Requirements: 18-60 years old

  • Must not be sick or tested positive for Coronavirus

  • Must not be pregnant, IVF, or breastfeeding

  • Must not have experienced post-inflammatory Hyperpigmentation

  • Must not have active Cancer, undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy

  • Must not have a history of keloids or hypertrophic scarring

  • Must not have any active skin conditions near the treatment area (ex. eczema, psoriasis, acne, rashes, etc.)

  • Must not experience epilepsy or seizures, hemophilia

  • Must not be taking blood thinners or on Accutane or Doxycycline within the past year

  • Must not have transmittable blood conditions, shingles, lupus

  • Must not have undergone an organ transplant

  • Must not have allergies to topical anesthetics, make-up, pigments

  • Must not have poor reactions to tattoos

  • Must not have poor general health/immune system

  • Must not have mitral valve disorder, pacemaker, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or major heart diseases

  • Must not have any viral infections/diseases, autoimmune diseases, thyroid diseases, healing disorders

  • Must not have any issues bleeding or healing or taking medications that affect bleeding or healing

Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system/healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures. If you are unsure, please consult with your doctor if it is safe for you to proceed with micropigmentation procedures.

FOR INKLESS STRETCHMARK REVISION

  • Must not be pregnant or nursing

  • Must not have any chronic skin conditions, infections, or skin cancer in the area being treated

  • Must not be prone to keloid or hypertrophic scarring

  • No recent use of Accutane or Doxycycline within the past year

  • Must not be taking blood thinners

Do you have previous eyebrow tattoo?

If yes, an approval is required before booking an appointment.

If you have any previous work don'e by another artist, you must seek my approval to see if I am able yo cover-up or correct you old tattoo or not. In most cases, not all old tattoos are fixable. If you do not inform me of having previous brow work done when you show up to your appointment, I may not proceed and you will lose your booking fee.

HOW TO SUBMIT REQUIRED PHOTOS FOR APPROVAL​

  • Photos must clear and be taken in good lighting. Natural light is best in front of a window.

  • DON'T use any filters and no makeup on the eyebrows.

  • Take 3 full-face photos required to see symmetry (Please refer to the photo example below)

    • STRAIGHT FORWARD

    • HEAD SLIGHTLY TURNED LEFT

    • HEAD SLIGHTLY TURNED RIGHT
